  I took a leap of faith and went to your store. I had seen your ad's and traveled to your store from Staten Island. My son was not sure at first but Pedro quickly changed his mind. His professionalism was great. I wanted to put one item on layaway but ended putting three items on on layaway. Thank You Pedro you were the best!!

  This is my second time buying couches from this store and I can honestly say this time around my experience was amazing thanks to Pedro Rivera! He was super helpful and deadicated to making sure I got the couches I wanted. He always kept in contact with me making me feel secure that my couches would come and they did! Keep up the great work Pedro!!

  Great customer service. Pedro was able to give us his full attention and give some ideas for our apartment. This gentleman shows service not many stores/companies have. A lot of reps just want customers in and out but Pedro made us feel like we mattered. I’ve been managing retail for 15 years, and great service like his makes a big difference. Thank you and I will be returning very soon.

  Interesting place. They advertise on local TV so I think I was expecting a bit more of a showroom, but it was truly a warehouse operation. Right next to a poultry farm, that you can smell inside the warehouse. Deals looked good. They didn't have anything we liked but there seems to be value for the items they carry.
