::Don’t not shop at A&N furniture discount: 452E 149th Street My experience at the above location was a nightmare, once payment were completed at the store I was giving a false date on when the delivery of the item I purchased will arrive. I say false due to the table I paid for never arriving to the provided home address. After waiting and calling a personal mobile phone number the store have attached in the letter head of the store receipt I decided to give it a try the next day. Here is the following day and I’m a little agitated upon why is it that I have not yet received my table. After serval calls a voice of a lady answered the phone with this rude and unprofessional tone. Who’s this, with disbelief I thought I dialed the wrong number, which I didn’t. The lady on the phone tells me call back later I’m in class taking an exam and can’t do anything until I get to the store. I was in disbelief on how rude and careless this family own business charges a delivery fee they don’t hold up to and how inconvenience they are to the customers. Let’s not forget the high level of disregards try have for the customers concern. As a customer I strongly agree that good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's essential to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied. In my experience, good customer service is always being positive and willing to assist your customers to the best of your ability. But wait, it doesn’t end here. The table gets delivered with missing pieces and the delivery man refuses to call the store to advise that the table legs and missing piece and to sign off on the receipt stating the service was completed. After my mom refused to sign the receipt and Calling multiple times, she was left with no choice but to appear at the location. Once again, she was disregarded and was received by the owner with loud yelling on what she is directed to do and there’s is nothing the store could do about the table coming incompleted. As per a lady who assumed by the name of Assumer or Summer (family members of the store business owner) refused to produce they name after over hearing a relative call her by her name it a different language stated she’s unsure when the other missing table pieces will arrive and it’s nothing she can do but have my mom wait. At this time I wanted to have a confirmed date due to what I had experienced with them the last couple of days. A confirmation was denied and again I was left to be a victim of a lost day at work again due to the inconvenience of this furniture store. I was also, disrespected and assaulted by the store owner who with a table we were having a conversation on was being shove again my lower abdominal, requesting for me to leave the store once I became vocal. Books and other objects was being thrown at me as well. Shorty afternoon, I made my way to the exit and I left with no further incident and did not file a police report. I share this to say because I don’t want it to happen to anyone else and become a victim of a scamming family furniture business owners like this one. I voiced my opinion and step my foot down to the business owner that assaulted me at the and advised that we boycott and stop this scammer from doing harm to others. Peace and love
