::Love this place! They are so professional and welcoming and answers any questions you have regarding their services. Karla, Felicia and Tiana are great wax specialists, which I’m sure the rest are as well. Highly recommend this place to all my friends and family! Products are amazing too!

::The reason this facility receives five stars is mainly based on my waxer. Felicia is my absolute favorite, she is hands down the best waxer! A handful of times I have needed to get waxed super last minute, haven't waited the recommended period of time, etc., but I desperately needed to get waxed for an unexpected get away and Felicia has always tackled the job and done a phenomenal job to get me ready. She's quick, careful, and the best part is that she really does try to make it as painless as possible. Would highly recommend Felicia to anyone who is new or looking to try services at the European Wax Center. On the downside, there seems to be a high turn out rate of front desk employees and many times they seem unorganized and don't seem like they can handle busy times very well. The facility itself is well organized and clean.

::I've had a great experience with the front desk, as they are super friendly, helpful, and professional. The store as a whole is super clean, even the bathrooms. Everything always smells nice and everything is kept tidy - even the products displayed. My wax specialist, Krystle, is awesome. I've gone to several different waxing places but none compare to the job Krystle does. She's amazing and I am beyond comfortable with letting her wax me!!
