  It was my first visit to the salon. I got myself a haircut which was done by Gina. Gina's experience and expertise is apparent from the way she handles hair. I loved the way Gina gave me a makeover. The best thing about Gina is the little talk that you have with her during your session. You feel really positive after that. There was absolutely no waiting time here, as appointments had to be made before visiting the salon. A one-liner would be - A great salon with a professional setup.

  Was extremely let down by this place after reading all the great reviews. I didn’t get the luxurious treatment when I walked in that some users raved about, not a huge deal but was the first sign. Stylist probably said 4 sentences to me the whole time, not very talkative, again not a huge deal but another sign. I showed the stylist a picture of a girl with a completely different haircut and she said it was basically the same as I already had (same pic my bf commented on and said would be a drastic change for me), third sign. She ended up taking the sheet they put over you right after cutting my hair before starting the blow dry, so obviously the loose hairs got all over my clothes during the blow dry, not the happiest. And finally, I asked to have my hair blowed dried straight with a round brush, instead my hair looked like it was done by a first grader, it looked awful and was still damp. She looked like she was struggling and didn’t know how to round brush someone’s hair straight, I’ve had this done a million times without a problem. I walked out very confused that she found her work acceptable, really wish I hadn’t wasted $70 on $10looking hair cut. For users looking to go to this place, the stylist wasn’t Jerry or Gina or Leeza, they sound great. I should’ve asked to book an apt with them first....

  Finally found the best stylist ever, who can cut, color and style hair like no other. This magician's name is Jerry. I have long, thick and wavy hair that's very difficult to manage and work with. I went through numerous salons and stylists and haven't found the right one. That is until I met Jerry. Jerry and his team are the best group of stylists I've met thus far. They're very professional, courteous and pleasure to deal with. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. They even go as far as serving you coffee and freshly baked Italian cookies. Jerry was very attentive and patient. He took his time to listen to my concerns and tried to address all my questions. I had a hair cut, full highlights and a conditioning treatment. I left salon with gorgeous and silky hair. I don't remember the last time I was so happy and pleased with my results. Got lots of compliments from my coworkers and friends. I will definitely become Odyssey's regular client. Highly, highly recommend Jerry and his team!! You won't be disappointed, I know I wasn't:):)

  Gina has been my hair stylist for 15+ years. She is the best! My highlights are subtle, natural looking and i am always get compliments on my cut and color. She is a good listener, gives me what I want every time and is always up-to--date on the latest techniques and trends and knowledgeable on all aspects of hair care and products. She has accommodated me and my family for years and I've referred many happy friends to her. There is no one better in the field!
