  Antoinette is a delight to work with - this is our second time. She has an amazing sense of space; she can visualize a room in a way that maximizes the space and looks elegant, yet functional. The order was projected to come in on a certain date -- arrived weeks earlier. Kind of irritating as we weren't done with painting, etc. Delivery was without any problems, and was timely. Ethan Allen offers an amazing free service. Don't be afraid to ty it out!

  Very disaapointed in the lack of service for an “upscale” brand. We ordered a dinner room table in early September for the Thanksgiving holiday. While we were told that it may not arrive in time, we were ok with taking the chance. Little did we know that the expected delivery date has now changed (5) times / (each time by a week) and the only response we have really received is that “this what happens with a custom order” and that “there is nothing we (as the consumer) or the store can do”. Coming from a service industry I understand that things happen and that it is out of an individuals control. However, I also feel that you have a duty to your customer for clear communication and to be an advocate in their behalf. Complete fail on #eathanallen part. Lesson learned and will not return for repeat business

  Not sure they put their best foot forward with the pieces on display. Yes you can customize anything, but it should look good to start. Very expensive, value, I can't say.
