  Decent facility with standard equipment, but nothing special. Watch out for hidden charges like a "facility improvement fee" that has no visible impact on the facility. I had to go 4 times to cancel my son's membership because they kept neglecting to put it through, and kept getting charges that they refused to remove.

  My experience has been positive so far. Enrollment process was easy and everything was explained in detail. I was at another gym for 3 years and it became too crowded. This place offers more space and the sauna and steam rooms are a huge plus. Bathrooms are very clean and towel service is key. You can reward yourself with a protein shake/smoothie at the bar after your workout.

  Very clean gym and not too crowded. The equipment are well maintained and updated often.

  I'm very busy and wanted to know what I was getting myself involved with before wasting gas going all the way over there. They would not give me any information over the phone. So much for transparency.
