  Good customer service. I would suggest calling ahead because this is a small lot so they don't have as much inventory to choose from.

  My experience has been phenomenal. Jeff assisted me and is outstanding in customer service, his attitude is great under pressure and he has the capacity to remain professional during stressful situations which is so important for customers (that the staffer does not let the person on the phone or difficult customer before you be heaped on you). I am using your location because of the customer service I received over a year ago when the location I usually used had no cars for that day. Tried two other locations but the customer service was not up to par.

  This is the second time I've rented from this location and each time there has been a problem. The first time, I had to wait 35 minutes for a car, a full hour after the pickup time in my reservation. This time, I reserved a compact, but was given an economy (very small gas tank, low power, and no cruise control) without the option of waiting for the car class I reserved. When I make a reservation, I expect it to stand for something and not be at the discretion of the company. ("Seinfeld," anyone?) This location needs to get it together, particularly since there is a Hertz location close by that has better rates.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was President's day weekend and cars were limited (regardless if you made a reservation) due to the lack of on time returns. One of the agents, Jared, really extended himself to ensure that my wait time wasn't excessive by driving me to another nearby location to pick up my car. The South Dean Street location also allows for after hours drop off which is very convenient. Thumbs up!!

  Glen our sales rep was awesome. I will recommend everyone to you guys! The process was seamless. And one thing I really liked was that he did not try to up-sell me on the insurance. He immediately saw that I used GEICO and he actually called them and confirmed I had the coverage needed rather than selling me on the benefits of buying insurance from you. He is the MAN!
