  Made a reservation on Monday, confirmed whether a credit card or debit was required to rent vehicle. They confirmed I could indeed use a debit. Morning of pickup I called to ask amount of hold that would be placed on card, they then told me they DONT accept debit cards! No apologies, no cares

  They charged me additional fees even though I prepaid because they said the car I reserved was not available. Bait and switch.

  They helped me out every time something was less than perfect (usually my fault) and fixed every issue with a smile. I lost part of the key and they said no worries, and no charge. Hertz would have said $200 please.

  I love this place. Especially Abdul, he always goes out of his way to accommodate ones needs. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they are usually late on weekends so there is always a wait time.
