  Have rented cars from this location multiple times over the years. Recently, they under promised and over delivered which is always nice. The service team is All-Star level. Really enjoy working with Anthony as he is always on point, engaging and is a problem solver.

  Excellent service. Clean facility, located near where I live, with convenient hours. Unlike a competitor in the area, they actually have cars to rent! In and out in under 20 minutes in a clean, new car. My rental became "complicated" due to insurance matters, and staff was very patient and accommodating. Highly recommended. I would rent here again.

  I'm a former road warrior salesman who has rented at enterprise in over 30 states for over 20 years. My uncle is also a long time employee of the company. I have never had such a horrible experience renting a car and will never use this company again I rented a car a week in advance and needed it to travel to pa for thanksgiving dinner . I had to travel from NYC to pick up the car and had a last minute work commitment. I had to beg them not to cancel when I said I needed a few extra hours . Instead they waited till I had travelled out there to tell me I needed extra information that no one carries around to rent the car . When I asked them why they didn't just tell me over the phone and that I have never needed this info before , the manager ( name was nick ) came out and said with a smirking grin that he personally was not going to rent the car to me It was disgusting . I have never ever been treated like this, and it was clear he never wa going to rent me the car and just wanted me to travel there to tell me . I grew up on the area surrounding manhasset and it is a great place. It doesn't need businesses, let alone a national chain, that treats people like this . My holiday with my five year old daughter was completely ruined by these unscrupulous people .

  The staff is very friendly, after realizing that my car was too small for me they allowed me to bring the car back and upgrade to a bigger car (for a slightly higher price). The car was pretty clean. The after hours drop off service is convenient. Difficult to enter the parking lot as Northern Blvd has lots of traffic.
