  I have worked with several different banks and I have never been as pleased with any of them as I am here. The staff is so kind and I have to point out one person in particular, Amber Hill. She has help my husband and I so far beyond expectations and it has been such a pleasure to work with her. I feel so comfortable knowing I can trust her and ENT with all my banking needs. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and I can be somewhat complicated and she has never made me feel like the crazy lady that I know I am! Highly recommend.

  Never open. No accessible inside ATM the only ATM is in the drive thru outside and it is always packed and has a line that blocks the the shopping center entrance/exit.

  On July 12th an employee with ENT BANK on weber st named Dedrie Davison in colorado springs was leaving on her break down the entrance lane which is a one way lane, and blew threw the sidewalk not looking for any pedestrians. She did stop in the middle of the sidewalk to look for cars coming, but not people. So when she did I had no time to stop on a scooter and ran into her. As I was laying on the sidewalk in immense pain with a broken knee and shoulder, I could overhear her lying to the EMTs saying she was stopped and I just "ran into" her. What sane person does that. The manager lacey guggenbiller and security rushed out to see if I was ok. The next day when police went to bank to talk to her since they didn't show up, the manager was extremely rude to police and said didn't see anything and told police wouldn't release video footage. Same with security. Said didn't see anything. It happened in front of their bank and they didn't see anything!!!? The police then told me she stated she was leaving the exit lane not the one way entrance lane, which is a lie!!! So now I'm here, unable to walk, in a wheelchair, can't work or take care of my 1 and 3 yr old, constantly in pain, scars all over my body and to top it off IM A DAMN ENT CREDIT UNION CUSTOMER! I WILL NEVER USE ENT AGAIN. YOUR EMPLOYEES RUINED MY LIFE! YOU WILL FACE KARMA!

  I LOVE THIS ENT! THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌✨ Amber is an absolute gem! So polite and great at laying out the terms of everything in a simple and sweet mannerism. ,✨🥺She was so cool I'd add her on social media 💫

  I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Ent Credit Union, and this location in particular. Staff are incredibly helpful, and it’s nice and close to downtown. They even recently installed two drive-up ITMs (like an ATM, but also has the option to video chat with a teller if you choose). One of the big drawbacks of this location was the lack of a drive-up ATM, so I’m very happy to see this as a member who frequents the area. Just another thing to make this location even more convenient!
