::Why is it that you're mobile website and you're app are always down!!!! Its Christmas why is it that I can't get to my money!! I call on the 24 hour phone line to transfer funds since I can't do it on the app and I still can't even do it over the phone that system was also down!! Yall have my money in your bank and you're telling me I can't get to it?? This happens all the time and it's definitely a problem. I will be closing my accounts with you come Monday.

::DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR A BUSINESS ACCOUNT! Also don't think if you bank here for several years that it will be to your advantage. Closing all my accounts here after 5 years due to my experience today.

::Today was the worst experience I have had banking with them ever I will be going back to ent credit union you call the Colorado Springs office they are rude you walk in the bank they are nice and nothing works no change machine they can’t notarize a vital records authorization form then I asked do you know where I can get it done they told me No go to the courthouse I see why The turnover rate is so high

::Wouldn't even honor a cashiers check they issued. Had valid ID, reluctantly gave my finger print. New supposed branch Mgr with no customer service skills and clearly an incompetent teller asked how i wanted the money. I said I didn't care just cash it. They refused then to cash their own cashiers check. Fire both incompetent employees and reinstate the normal staff who knows what they're doing. To the response just posted, thank you but I already called the main branch prior to posting my review. Your closed and I had to leave a message. I left it for Rachel at 11:22 am. As a previous customer for 18 years, this is the worst experience I've ever had and the absolute worst customer/employee experience experienced. I've never seen these 2 before but whatever mistake was made to put those 2 at this location, I hope you fix it and quick. I'm familiar with faces mostly, but quick get the other 3 long term employees back at this location. Those who have been here for years.

::I've always had good experiences with the staff, very friendly and helpful. I also like that when I call, a person picks up. So many banks these days have automated calling or send you to someone you can't understand.
