  They are the best company to get when you need to fix your due accounts from past customers. Their strategy worked well and whether you are a small or big company, they will definitely cater to your needs based on that. It was a friend that told me about this company.   We had Empire Credit and Collections to handle our the unpaid accounts we had from previous customers. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. As for the team who handled the collection, they were really efficient and professional. I never thought that the whole problem we had was solved quickly.   I helped my dad in his search for a reliable collection agency for his business. Well, I don't know much but I do have friends who went into that kind of situation so asked them and it led me to this company. So we called to Empire and had them handle the collection work. They were simply amazing! Very knowledgeable staff and always kept us updated with the progress of the collection. They totally a big help and their service definitely deserves five stars!
