::DO NOT use Emergency Septic at any cost. When I called I was told $250. When I got the bill it was $545. They add all kinds of bogus charges. They came up with all kinds of excuses when questioned about the bill. Very dishonest buisness.

::Was quoted 300 to pump my septic. Worked with them after my scheduled appointment to change my pumping day to help them out. They showed up and I told them where I was pretty sure the tank was (by a marker). One of the fellas dug around with a shovel and said it wasn't there. He then got the line camera out and they ran it through the drain field. In the end the septic was in the spot I said. They dug and pumped. After I was handed a bill for $495. $300 for the pumping, $100 to use the camera for 10-15 minutes, and $90 for 1 hour labor digging. I told him this wasn't told to me up front. He said the girl at the desk was new and should have told me the extras. I think that, plus he should have told me the extras when taking out the equipment. I did talk him into 50 bucks off. Still. ...shady not to know up front. Won't use them again.

::They responded quickly and fixed my backup problems. I decided on Emergency Septic Pumping Service when they quoted me a flat rate price on the phone. The other companies only gave vague ideas on pricing. Price was fair but not exceptional. I was fine with the price since my situation could have been considered somewhat urgent. I would not hesitate to use them again.

::Emergency Septic had installed a new septic tank in a bank owned property that I purchased. Being an older home that had undergone several remodels and expansions the installer understandably didn't connect all of the drains to the new tank. Since it was not being lived in, 6 months went by before I purchased the property and realized that there was a draining problem. A single phone call to Dave Kirk and Emergency Septic and he responded promptly, came out to diagnose the problem and made all of the repairs very professionally until they were completed. Even though it took several days and was a complicated scenario due to the multiple additions he always maintained a good attitude and made me feel confident that he would get it fixed and fixed properly. This is the first Septic system that I have owned and I can say that Dave Kirk and Emergency Septic is 'My Guy' when it comes to septic/plumbing. This is the way that a business should be run.
