  Awesome experience, very knowledgeable. ELITE FITNESS showed me a whole other side of training. ELITE FITNESS is by far a top notch gym, with knowledgeable trainers and great workouts. It's a family between trainers and clients.

  Unique fitness studio that's like nothing else in Rockland County. Great trainers and awesome 1 on 1 programs. There aren't many places like this. Be sure to stop by and check it out. Shawn and Nick are sure to get you moving!!! Google why can't I give them 10 stars!!

  Personal training with Shawn has not only transformed my physical body - the lessons I've learned in the gym with him - I can apply to nearly every area of my life. He's a rockstar motivator! Most importantly - I'm stronger, more fit and more capable than I've ever been. I've done personal training and group classes with the other trainers - the workouts are never stale and you're never lost - they are always paying attention - correcting your form, providing motivation right at the moment you think you're going to lose it...The whole team rocks!
