  Two stars one cause Gene on the phone seemed to know what he was doing and one because the bouquet was delivered on time. I sent a Christmas bouquet for a very special Christmas party that I happen to be at, I was very disappointed I ordered a large and I was asking Gene about the chocolate covered reindeer's he said yes just like the picture. Well there was not one chocolate reindeer it also looked like the small. I call the very next day and spoke with Sara she told me she would have the manager call me back, still waiting. I would be very careful I would only do pick up only. My experience would not to go back to Smithtown.
