  Did a price lock of $20 before going to the kiosk. When submitting the device after entering the drop off code it kept stating it couldn’t confirm the device condition/information (something along those lines). I then started the transaction without the drop off code and it had the same issue, so it changed the cord out for me and it worked, but offered me $14 for the same quality/condition as the price lock. I tried the drop off code two more times after that and it kept stating it couldn’t confirm the device when plugged in, even though it was the switched out cord that had just worked. I decided to just go with the $14 since we had spent more than half an hour trying to get the kiosk to work. I had a similar issue happen a previous time but the price lock worked. Hoping this issue gets fixed, missed out on $6 because the machine didn’t want to work in the price lock. I also noticed the machine had graffiti/scratch marks inside which could have been preventing it from reading the quality/condition of device.
