  I have been a longtime customer with this branch and the staffs here provide great and friendly service every time I come by. Appreciated working with Yoyo and Sunny on several occasions, they are always strive for perfect customer service.

  The branch is Not well managed at all . I have to wait for over 30 min to make one deposit . Many cashiers in the branch , but only one or two serving customers . The waiting line is long, no one seems to care .....

  They would not allow me to exchange 20's for 100's because I do not have an account with them. Poor potential-customer service.
