  We recently bought our first Kia. I worked with Jody from the get go and he was great. I hate dealerships and car salesman. I informed him of this right upfront and he did not disappoint. I told him exactly what I wanted, the price range I wanted to be in, and he worked it out perfect, all while being a great negotiator and giving a few extras to seal the deal. I would recommend anybody to work with him that's looking for a new car. I've dealt with many car salesman and he is one I'll always remember.

  I drove up to this Kia dealership from Westchester County, because they had a bigger selection of colors in the Forte. My sales professional was Monica Colon. She was fully knowledgeable about the vehicles, as I test drove a number of cars, and was flexible on different price points. The transaction process was quick and efficient, which made it a positive experience. So I highly recommend her. I would also like to thank Kelly in the office, for streamlining the documents. Before I came here, I did some research and test drove cars from different companies and checked out their warranties, and the Forte is better than all of them in this category. I was surprised by this. So, I encourage everyone out there, do your own homework.

  The first part of my awesome experience was in the service department. I received an honest accurate assessment of my old car from some very friendly people. When I realized I needed a new vehicle John Mulcahy helped me get exactly what I needed with the best deal ever! I was in my new car in less than a week and I couldn’t be happier.   Being I was new at leasing I had numerous questions and concerns. The primary salesperson was Anthony Scott. Anthony did an excellent job of answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He conducted himself very professionally and at no time did I feel pressured into making a purchase. I feel a fair agreement was reached regarding the terms of the lease. Anthony was very understanding and demonstrated much patience when I made a last minute change to the vehicle I wanted. I was impressed with how quickly Dutchess Kia located the exact vehicle I wanted and had it ready for pickup. The whole process from my initial inquiry to vehicle pickup was easy and pleasant. I'm hopeful and confident that my future experience with the service department will be as positive as my purchase. I would like to note that Jody Dyckman was very helpful when on a day he had to fill in for Anthony.

  I went in knowing that I was underwater in my Nissan, not expected them to be able to work the numbers because of the situation. Jodie was very upfront with me and the whole team was helpful in getting all of my must haves in a vehicle while respecting my budget. I definitely didn’t feel any pressure from these guys and left very happy. This was easily the best experience I’ve had at a car dealer and couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks fellas!
