  The food is meh... But they really cared about getting my order right... Even though they didn't. The woman at the counter said "Uhh... Are you waiting for anything else because you wait for hash browns over there," instead of just asking me to wait over there. She also said it in a sassed voice which is not how you treat a customer. I asked for whipped cream, I got none. They didn't even stir my latte. Over all they care but not enough to do it right.

  The worse Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. First of all I’ve been here a total of 5 times. Four out of the 5 they’ve got my order wrong. Then the final straw was this. I ordered online at around 8:45AM I arrived there literally one minute after. I waited a total of 10 minutes for my drink and this sad bacon egg and cheese wrap. I saw a bacon sticking out of this and saw only one strip of bacon. The drink took them a really long time to make, I got a small iced coffee. Not that hard. There were children in here, around 5, and they were taking everything that was placed on the counter “to go”. Now I know I was there during school hours, if they are there making a ruckus, maybe the manager should have called the school or the police to escort them back to school. Basically they did less than half of what they could have done. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

  Great donuts and breakfast I go there every morning and they never dissapoint with their fast service

  This honestly is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to, but it is near my work. They are always out of items such as straws, iced coffee covers, etc. Also, they frequently get the order wrong and then they have an attitude with you because it is either put in the computer wrong when ordering or they just don't pay attention when making it. I guess she is one the managers, not the small one, but she always has an attitude. One time they were out of mayonnaise, shocker, and she said to buy it in C-town. I was like...NO, maybe you should buy it so you have stock of what is supposed to be here. They are extremely un-organized and the owner should really pay attention to how their store is being run...poorly. 10/5/2017.....Still completely awful...This is the last time I will step foot in there. I have complained before about wrong orders and they do not keep stock of things they should. Today I changed my mind about an order and the woman who makes it, who is always rude it seems, except to Spanish people like most of them do, said...oh my god. As many times as my order has been wrong, I am entitled to get what I want especially if I am paying for it. I had asked Sandra for the owners name and she refused... so I will call my friends at the health dept and get it myself. I am not the only one who complains about this DND...this is by far the worst one yet. They do not realize I help pay their salary and I have every right to complain if something is wrong on their part...which is often. Apparently Sandra the manager does not like that. Too bad!!! You go somewhere and get something you didn't want that you paid for.

  Croton avenue dunkin in ossining has the best staff in the area my only complaint is the tip Jar is only on the counter during the holidays
