  Joined recently and I’m happy I did! It is expensive but you absolutely get your money’s worth. You have pool, tons of free classes, yoga (which the classes are better than those than yoga studios I’ve been to). The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facilities are kept clean.

  I have been a memeber for several years, have to say the gym is always clean, every staff member is helpful and courteous. The energy center is amazing! Mellisa Lawrence is always available when needed. I must also add, I have been taking spin class for about 1 year now, it is recently due to my schedule that I was able to discover Melanie St Pierre. I literally said in my head during her class "where have you been all my life". She's a phenomenal spin instructor!

  Very unhappy about the service at Briarcliff Manor location. They charged wrong amount on the credit card so you better watch your credit card statement carefully. It's also very difficult to reach them by phone and the sales person gives bad attitude and won't help answer questions after you join.

  The gym is as dirty as I have ever seen. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are thinking of becoming a member, don’t just take the tour and see the rooms, actually look at the floors, Notice there is nobody cleaning equipment throughout the day, etc. they do not take seriously how important it is to keep a gym clean. For the cost of memberships this should not be an issue, but it is.
