  Today i went here and ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. After handing me a plain hot chocolate, i kindly asked for whipped cream to be added. With an attitude i was told that i was supposed to tell the guy at he register that. i informed the employee that i had already done that. They attempted to cram whipped cream into the already full cup and it started running over the sides. Then they started making a new one, the lady that did the whipped cream stuck her bare hand all the way down in my drink and started twisting the whipped cream. It was all over her finger and acrylic nail. It was still in her finger as she closed the top. I took the drink off the counter and threw it in the trash. I didn’t have time on my lunch break to wait for a third one.
