  Got their today at 9am and literally their were no donuts. Had to go to main street and finally got a nice box of dozen donuts for my teachers.

  I ordered 2 coffees on the app and they only made one. When the barista made the second drink she made it wrong. It would have been quicker if I didn’t use the app.

  The store's temperature today (10/16/17) was colder than that just out the door. Seems they either don't care about the customers' comfort or they believe their business more profitable if people are motivated to buy and then not linger.
