  The staff is super friendly, but there was only one person working. I had to wait over 15 minutes for a coffee.

  I am so disappointed in the management of this shop. The staff are absolutely wonderful but this past Saturday the management had only one staff person scheduled. There is no way one person can handle the constant business on Saturdays. Shame on you to put your employees through that experience!

  I'm giving them 5 stars for the super nice employee that took my order. I don't know her name, but she's a blonde middle-aged woman with glasses. I wish to see more employees like her. Thanks.
