  The lady who was serving us was so sweet!!! She was attentive and made sure we were as comfortable as possible! Couldn’t ask for better customer service

  Fun atmosphere, great flavors to choose from! I had the Coconut Ash, mainly because the deep black color was intriguing, and so was the description...and I was delighted with the taste...so refreshing!

  Love their ice cream! I got the Desert Honey and my friend got the Coconut Ash. Absolutely yummy! Very friendly staff.

  The place is so cute and the ice cream is very good, but every single time I’ve gone the Isabella’s Ice cream in downtown Tucson they’ve been so rude to me. If you hate your job or hate talking to people don’t work customer service.
