  Pleasant staff, always have every thing I need. Coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, donuts are fresh.

  Rude customer service. Wednesday Evening shift there was a asian women she talks very rude. Not expected.

  I waited 13 minutes for one drink....... thats longer then what i actually spend drinking it. 😒😒

  So disappointed after being a customer for more than six months I sent my employees to get us some breakfast sandwiches at 3am being that its 24 hrs mind me I have never been told this before and I have worked at dunkin for 10 years as a manager so wen the guy said oh I'm not making sandwiches choose out of donuts we have I was confused I just had sandwiches nite before at the same time and he didnt deny me then . when my employees toldne what he said I called several times not even an answer no voice mail to leave a message. This is in exon gas station and the only reason they My employees and i was so super upset was they started to buy a sandwiches from the station and realized it was expired the date on it 11/15 today is 12/1 so dunkin was the alternative ... Poor service at night so dissapointed
