  Bad service. Slow service. I used a thru order. I ordered two medium coffee and two smoked sausage on croissant. I waited for 8 minutes. For my sandwiches, the employees asked me why ar u waiting.?. I said I'm waiting for my sandwiches. And she said ohh ok. Then, she came back to tell your ordered was two smoked sausages sandwiches, so I said yes. I waited for 5 min more. And the others costumers after me enjoyed the food. I said seriously. She gave my order from back door of the place. The changes the personal and each day is worse

  Realy bad service. They are no nice with customers and made a show because i ask for a cold drink without ice because Im sick.

  Was told that they were closed at 9:55pm, even though they are open 24 hours. When asked the hours, was not given an answer and only told they were closed. Another person walked in right before and was able to place an order for coffee. Would give 0 stars if possible.

  DURK ROAST HOT COFFEE MANY TIME NOT AVAILABLE, SOME TIME ORDER ACCEPT HOT DURK ROAST BUT DELIVERY REGULAR HOT COFFEE WITHOUT INFORMATION; I ALREADY LEFT FROM STORE EVEN FEW BLOCK AFTER THAT UNDERSTAND THEY CHEAT WITH ME .

  They mess up my order often and can be slow at times but they are always smiling, always always willing to fix it and they're so friendly when I hang around to work. The main floor is usually clean and the bathrooms, too.
