::I called to check if they received my Grubhub order. Indian guy said wait 2 minutes because it's busy. Then all he was doing was having conversation with his friend in Hindi. Then he hung up on me. I called again then he gave me to someone else. Very rude. I spent a lot of money in this place in the past year and to get treated like this. It's true Indian people don't know how to run a business. I understand Hindi so you can't fool me.

::Ordered a burrito and was pretty good. Then I ordered a smoothie. This was by far the worst decision I have made. It was basically blended ice blended to look like it had fruit. The fruits were frozen so you couldn’t even taste it. And they added skim milk which was probably expired for 6 months by now. Never visiting this place again.

::I've been shopping with this store for at least two years and I thought we were on very friendly terms with me having ordered food last year several times every day for five to seven days running because the elevator in my building keeps breaking down and I'm getting on in age and I can't handle the stairs anymore like I used to (I live twelve flights up which these delivery people cheerfully climbed and I tipped all of them well on all occasions, at least $4 each time! I'll be 59 on my birthday on Saturday, March 25, 2017 although the guy at the store today, David, told me I don't look a day over 25 (!) and who was so impressed with me somehow the very first time I ordered several years ago and he delivered the food to my door which he doesnt' recall now because on that occasion I told him that I DON'T use men for money WHICH I DON'T although I'm poor (! David didn't even accept the tip I gave him on that occasion when I told him that!) that he hugged me warmly, which he also doesn't remember, I guess because it's a rare woman who doesn't use her men for money!) First of all the food is consistently going down in quality except the salads which I don't eat anymore and the rice pudding which I went there to get a free cup of today on account of I'm a good customer and my birthday is coming up in two days, which David gave to me. However, in spite of that because I am a very loyal customer, I would still shop there even if the food is not as good as it used to be, if the following didn't happen today: As I was coming up to the door to go inside the store, a young black man who is young enough to be my son was standing at the door and the young woman who works in the store was coming toward him from inside the store with what looked like a knife or some other weapon! This alarmed me because i don't want to get accidentally or otherwise stabbed or shot (!) I told the young black man that he should stop and go home if he wasn't purchasing anything. This young man started to curse and verbally abuse me and I asked the young man who works in the store named Cheema to ask the young man to leave. Instead of doing so the whole staff present, including the young woman, Anushka were laughing uproariously as though the whole scene were entertaining! I understand that these people are from India and such sights occur in their country every day which is presumably why they came here: for a better life. However, I felt completely humiliated both by the young black man with blacks everywhere protesting about how "Black Lives Matter," which as black presidential candidate, Ben Carson, said while he was running is silly, which it is for more reasons than one, I can tell you (!) AND the proprietors of this store thinking and behaving as though this young black man so humiliating and abusing me was an amusing and humorous entertainment. As I said earlier in this review, I am old enough to be all of these young people's mother! How would they feel if someone like this young black man treated THEIR mothers or aunts or sisters like that young man treated me?!?!?! Even the young black man, himself who did this to me?!?!?! Were these people spawned from dinosaur eggs? Finally, I called and told all this to Anushka, the young woman with the weapon and she said she was sorry, but I think that what she was sorry about was that I called and complained! If she were REALLY sorry, these young people would not have done this in the first place! All i can say is that I'm deeply ashamed FOR them and for the rest of the merchants in our neighborhood whom I've had to give such reviews. I don't know what religious beliefs these young people hold, but I believe that god/dess sees ALL and that without me lifting a finger against any of these young people other than me NEVER patronizing their store again for ANY reason (!) they WILL REGRET THEIR BEHAVIOR AND THEY WON'T GET AWAY WITH HAVING DONE THIS, WHICH THEY PROBABLY ALSO DO TO OTHERS OFTEN! Blessed be! So mote it be! One last word: karma! You can't plant broccoli and get beets!

::Anything pasta, or rice related are a rip off. They serve your food in a tiny bowl for $10. Is the food good? It's alright. I recommend going for their burgers and sandwiches, that's where they do right. Don't buy their bubble milk teas or smoothies, they don't know how to make it. Service is quick and responsive. Also, use Grubhub or Seamless when ordering, seems like they put more effort when ordering through there.
