  Saw this post on Snagajobs for this location. VERY sad and disrespectful. Whoever this manager is needs to be fired ASAP this is not how you recruit new people. I would never work here and i hope the girl he/she is talking about sees this and finds better!

  The staff there are idiots they either make the ice coffee into a cup of milk or they give you black coffee, there’s no medium. I ordered a ice coffee from there they gave me a cup of milk basically, so I asked if they could make it darker she empty the entire cup and filled it up with coffee and gave me black coffee.

  Even when they are in the middle of a rush , they are kind and courteous. They work really quick too !

  Old staff from before was great. This new staff are a bunch of idiots. They don't listen and always get orders wrong. Before you leave make sure you get what you asked for. A simple thing like toast my bagel gets wrong. I'm so annoyed with the services. The old team was great. This team not so much.
