::The staff there are idiots they either make the ice coffee into a cup of milk or they give you black coffee, there’s no medium. I ordered a ice coffee from there they gave me a cup of milk basically, so I asked if they could make it darker she empty the entire cup and filled it up with coffee and gave me black coffee.

::Old staff from before was great. This new staff are a bunch of idiots. They don't listen and always get orders wrong. Before you leave make sure you get what you asked for. A simple thing like toast my bagel gets wrong. I'm so annoyed with the services. The old team was great. This team not so much.
