  Sometimes when you order from the mobile app they take too long to fulfill it because they sometimes lack proper time management. But other than that, it’s an amazing establishment and I always return.

  It's a standard Dunkin doughnuts/Baskin Robbins combo store. It's pretty much open 24 hours and has some seating. Other than the hours and the ice cream (we don't seem to have ice cream places here!) the distinction is that they have the largest coffee sizes in the area. Possibly because of its location, and because it is open 24 hours, they staff has been having run ins with the local homeless many of whom probably receive services from nearby Randall's Island. As a result, the staff generally remove the chairs at night so that there is nowhere to sit in the store. So if you're going after 10, don't plan to sit down and relax with your coffee or ice cream. Finally the wifi doesn't seem to work, and the outlets/USB ports are disabled.

  Friendly service and decently fast. Better than the one in my area on 116th and 1st which loves to shut and lock their doors as soon as they can.
