  The staff is nice and quick! They really remember the regular customers and how you like your coffee made. I love the personal approach to customer service, which is rare here in NYC!!

  Fast service, store needs more seats or just tall tables with no chairs to keep loitering people away.

  Omg!!! Worst experience thus far. I ordered a coolata which was very watery. I told the manager and he chose to blame it on the outside heat😂😂 sad

  I like this Dunkin' Donuts. I was in East Harlem for the afternoon. It was cold, and I needed somewhere warm to get some fresh coffee to go with my lunch -- and there was this DD, coming to my rescue from the chill. The cashier was quick with my order and a smile, and thus served, I proceeded to drink my good coffee while reading a good book and eating good food, in the clean, cozy dining room -- marvelous! I had no problems, and I left warmed and nourished, as to be fortified against the cold. One thing this DD location lacked: a bathroom (or did I just not see it somehow?), which is why I couldn't quite bring myself to give five stars. In any case, my sincere thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up, friends!
