  2 star because I was not able to use restroom last time I was there, otherwise I would have rated it 4.

  I am upping my rating and review today for two reasons. First, after several months, the owners have repaired the bathroom, which is now available to customers. Kudos to them. Second, they were accommodating and helpful when I was ordering a drink I earned through the rewards program. Perhaps they have turned over a new leaf. I will start coming to this Dunkin's again and see how it goes.

  The customer service stinks and so does this female worker that's here, so rude and unpelite. PERIOD I don't think ANYONE should go here while SHE'S working

  Been here three times in the last month and won't be coming back. They've managed to screw up my order every single visit. These aren't very complicated orders either - coffee and a wrap, or their steak egg and cheese. Instead of what I order they try to give me ham and cheese. Once, instead of hash browns they tried to give me a coffee roll. Very frustrating. I don't get it.
