  Bad customer service , not fresh donuts. So bad experience.

  This morning I had asked for a Thin Mint Iced Coffee. I was the only person in the place besides 4 people behind the cash register who completely ignored my existence. I said Thin Mint iced coffee and they gave me regular iced coffee. I would like for there to be people that work there who can actually understand what I’m saying. If I could give this place zero star I would.

  Honestly this guy that works at night can't understand English he makes you pull up to the window to order and then pull up to the front door so his timer doesn't run for 10 min or so as he makes your order which isn't anything crazy 2bec on a croissant and a muffin toasted with butter... 3 min max with no line at all it's honestly a joke I'm all about giving everyone a fair shot at a job but if your helping 1 person out that is inconviencing hundreds of your customers every week what does that say about management it's unfortunate that so many people have to wait an absurd amount of time just to get some dd when there isn't even a line... Honestly I frequent this dd often and it's only because it's by my house and it's open 24/7 it's just sad to see someone who is so bad working all the time because it just puts a damper on my mood when I hear his voice over the drive thru speaker telling me to come to the window... hopefully this leads to something I hope management reads this and does something about it

  Worst dunkin on the island. Everytime I go through the drivethrough they sound super unprofessional and can't seem to figure out if they're talking to me or each other. They get my order wrong every time. I'm spending $5 now on my chai latte and they only fill it up 3/4 of the way. it always comes back to me very light. I ask for less sugar and they don't bother. I confirm at the window and they assure me it's less sugar, then I take a sip and it's undrinkable because they add way too much sugar to the drink as is. It sucks they're right by my house i have to travel further now to get what i pay for.

  5 people in the kitchen all working on the drive thru while customers start to pile up at the register. Waited over ten minutes before leaving after 4 other customers. Poorly managed and definitely will not be revisiting or giving them my money...
