  Mediocre doughnut shop. No standards, grabs your order barehanded after handling money. Doughnut was stale but ok tasting. Was shocked to find that they use the same cream filling for two separate and distinct doughnuts.

  The place was clean but the donuts were cold and STALE very disappointed no one else in there but as I waited another person came in and they waited on her first?? Terrible

  They have a very few donuts on their shelf the coffee was prepared with too much sugar we ask them to fix it but they say they weren't able to do it because we have already taste but how do you know something is good if you haven't teste ?

  As of 3/15/18 .. this location is hands down the best at making donuts/coffee. Very consistent and always fresh.

  So it's very up and down. One, this store has an awesome morning staff. Love them. Nicest people on the planet, have been for years. The problem with this store is management. They cut out one particular item because it wasn't popular enough. Fine, if this was a mom & pop shop. But it's a chain - if the other stores offer it, they should offer it too. You can't just cut out an item on your whims. That's like having a McDonald's and saying, "Yeah, we don't serve chicken nuggets, we don't sell enough." They just can't do that. But for me to have an employee talk to the manager in front of me about why they don't have it, then the manager to completely ignore me and speak to the employee about it with a one word answer is just kind of rude. So, needless to say, the new manager made it so I refuse to come here anywhere near as often. The regular coffee tastes terrible. I loved the dark roast...but since they refuse to carry it, they don't have anything for me in the morning. Oh, and this location doesn't carry any of those cheese bagel things either. Not enough traffic again, from what I hear.
