  First ever came to a dirty mc donalds. All the tables were dirty not wiped down. Windows floors were dirty. Employees were screaming talking back to management. Being rude. They forgot my buddies food had him waiting 30 minutes. Seems like Cooperate hasn't came in a few years. There's no sense of professionalism in this environment. Will never go to this McDonalds ever. Walked out feeling sick just by being inside.

  Okay this has to be the slowest McDonald's in Las Vegas if not one of them. I stopped here in the mornings on the way to work give myself plenty of extra time and they seem to just take their blessed time putting in your order, they ask you the same thing over and over as if they didn't hear what you said and don't greet the customers at all. I think their management needs to have a discussion with them about great customer service and timeliness of getting folks food out. Also this is horrible because you have to make a u-turn at this location depending on which way you are coming from to even get there and when you leave you have to make another u-turn.

  We stopped here to purchase did and quick RR break. The place looks very modern. Updated amenities. The place was the dirtiest I've ever seen a McDonalds from the entry door the floor the counter. Not to mention the updated rest room looks as if it has never been cleaned since built. . We both looked around and turned around and walked out. I couldn't imagine how the kitchen and prep area would look like. The young staff just looked at us. The health department and corporate should see THIS Place.

  This is on of the worst McD's I've ever been too. I have gone there maybe 5 times and each and every time spent at least 20 minutes in the drive through. The last time I was given part of my order and asked to park and wait for the rest... It NEVER came. 27 minutes, based on the receipt, later I went inside and simply asked for my money back... the other part of my order still wasn't ready. There were 5 people behind the counter tripping all over reach other like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I just go across the street to Carl's now... fresh, fast, hot...

  This is absolutely the fastest service for McDonald's I've ever seen. When I approached the line there was nobody in line took me awhile to figure out what I wanted finally decided on a big breakfast with sausage hot cakes. By the time I made the order a High cakes had been placed on the counter before I had a chance to move from the register. Now I'm not a fan of McDonald's although I used to work for my long long time ago but they definitely got it down to a science when it comes to preparing food for customers in addition the layout of the facility has been completely remodeled to a new age Art Deco style it looks fantastic even the bathroom has a class store that you enter into sweet.
