::Ordered a new "menu item"; breakfast sandwich which seemed to confuse the hell out of the cashier who proceeded to ring in the wrong order. No receipt. Ok, I'll take it anyway in the name of time; but the other person gave my wrong order to another customer who was waiting for a muffin! He returned the order which she promptly threw in the trash rather than checking to see if it belonged to any of the other customers waiting for their orders. After another 5-10 minutes waiting I just left frustrated and hungry.

::Be sure to get a receipt with your order. Have to repeat yourself a few times as half the cashiers don't fully understand English. Got a hot latte today that somehow was served barely room temperature. Save yourself the frustration and walk down the block to another location.
