  I was absolutely appalled by the way I was treated when I went in yesterday to get a donut and coffee. The man who was working there couldn't understand me even though I was speaking plain English and got so frustrated that he literally threw the bag with my donut in it across the counter, gave me a nasty look and shook his head before he walked away to make my coffee. My jaw dropped to the floor. He was so nasty to me for no reason. He continued to give me a dirty look while my coffee was brewing. I have NEVER been treated like this by someone working in customer service. He is obviously a very angry person and should not be in this line of work if he is going to act hostile towards customers for no good reason. He stopped me while I was walking out and asked if I was from another country. I don't understand why that would make a difference. Did I get angry with him for having a thick accent and not understanding English? No. He got mad at ME. This guy should be fired.

  I barely go here and that’s because it’s not that good of a store. But when I do go to this location the service is extremely slow and the workers look miserable and usually have attitudes. My egg wrap was served to me frozen twice. When cooked properly the egg isn’t even in the wrap and or it’s burnt. I’ve had all kinds of problems with every trip I’ve ever made.

  It's pretty decent. This store is closer than the one on rt 23. But I've had quite a bit of problems with this store. Sometime's I'll buy a coffee that will come out colder than Alaska. It's a shame too.
