  Friendly staff, but this location has hit or miss service. Ordered a large iced coffee with 2 turbo shots, cream, and liquid sugar..but what I received was an iced coffee with 4 creams and 2 sugars (regular). I was speaking slowly and clearly into the mic. It was also a Saturday morning so it's not that busy.

  Coffee was good. Drive thru was a little weird navigating around.

  It used to be a good experience going to this location and we frequently would come here for a coffee and egg sandwich lunch but after this last experience, not so much. The hash browns were cold and stuck together, they forgot the orange juice and charged us for it and didn’t bother put it on the bill. Lousy service and we won’t visit this location anymore.

  The staff is so friendly here and the service is great. Parking can be a headache during peak hours as the lot is small and shared with another business. The food is well prepared and the iced coffees are excellent. This is not the best location if you want to sit and chat for a while, as the indoor seating is limited. Outside tables are nice in summer. Still, it is my favorite Dunkin' location in Stamford.
