  I walked in at 5:40 and they told me they were closed. I said I thought you closed at 6:00....she said Yes we do but sorry we are closed. I said all I want is a coffee she said Sorry sir we are closed I can’t help you it’s too close to closing. Unbelievable terrible customer service I wish I could vote zero stars

  This place is ok but it's hit and miss. It's pretty clean for the most part but they usually only have one person working so if there is a line and your not a patient person or in a rush your screwed. But it's mostly empty or a few customers so not so bad. Their donut selection is also pretty limited and sometimes it's fresh and other times questionable. But if your a dd perks member it's better than the one on hillside which DOESN'T accept dd perks coupons which is unacceptable.

  Slow, dirty, and the donuts are stale. I was only the fourth person on line and it took these employees like 15 minutes to make one dumb coffee. the manager is such an angry person you can tell by just looking at her and theres a guy employee who I see is on his phone the entire time! Don't get your donuts here please. Hardly ever soft and fresh it's disgusting. The floor, the tables etc are nasty it's just overall terrible. Go somewhere else. this place is trash literally.

  This one is literally right near my house so I just go there but the dunkin donuts on union turnpike in Glen Oaks is 10 time better. I went to this dunkin donuts one day because I had a sweet tooth for donuts that day and decided why not. The donuts are just as stale as they were when I was here 2 years ago that's how long I haven't been to this place. The donuts suck and they're like 3 days old! They never have enough donuts, and they taste like cardboard too. The workers there are rude and the manager could care less. Who knows what she does with people's orders if you start complaining. They're no seats, the location is horrendous! Plus the lines in that small space is insane! It literally went out the door and half of us only ordered one drink! It should be shut down to be honest. Go to the one on union turnpike. I drive there but it's worth it. This one is pathetic beyond recognition.

  Service is selective here. A line of three people, two woman and a male in the back and the woman behind the counter skipped me and the elder lady to ask the man in the back what he would like. Not only are they selective with service they are also selective with restrooms. When i walked in a man thanked the woman for the restroom but when i asked she stated "we do not have a public restroom" I think the woman in here should focus on the business and stop thinking with there pants. Never going again.
