  My chai tasted like hot milk and my friend asked for an iced coffee, it even said so on our receipt, but the lady made a hot coffee instead and gave her a hard time when my friend corrected her. When we got the coffee it tasted like black coffee with a pound of sugar.

  I tried to use a coupon today but was told that I couldn’t because apparently, a dozen doughnuts was already discounted from $10.99 to $6.99. I don’t know if this is true because I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts often and am unfamiliar with their prices. I didn’t see a sale advertised so I don’t know if there was actually a sale or if this was an excuse made up so that the manager didn’t have to honor the coupon. I hope that’s not the case because that would be bad, dishonest business. (I put one star because I couldn’t post without a star). UPDATE - As I have been buying Dunkin Donuts products for holiday parties, I have noticed that there is a sale in all locations. I stand corrected. My coupon was not honored because of this promotion.

  Coming to this location for almost 25 years. Fun place to be at with friendly staff and owners. Store is always spotless and clean. Plenty of parking and a busy shopping area. Stop for the best coffee in town. Order sandwiches and smoothies or settle for the best ice cream in USA. Free Wi-Fi to keep your laptops and smart phones running. Make sure you buy something when you come here. If you don't feel like drinking coffee then buy something to take home for the family.

  Food is good, but the staff is ridiculously rude my head was throbbing after a hard day of work and some employee tells me I can't put my head down on the table, while my friend is eating right next to me, what's the big deal? Take the stick out of your ass
