  Meh. I honestly think this place can di better. Theyve probably looked at the reviews and thought that they should improve. Throughout the year, ive seen staff appearing and disappearing, probably because of firing and hiring. I dont plan on visiting the bathroom cuz it sucks and i dont c the staff mopping a lot anymore. Theyre really choppy when ordering, and it seems like they just wanna go home or something. I have a suggestion: TIME IS TIME AND NOTHING WILL STOP THAT. Also, the people that make the food are sloppy. I ordered a coolata multiple times (theyre pretty good especially in the summer) and its so obvious what ingredients use because the stuff always leaks out of the cups. They should change the quality of the cups. Happy Donut Day tho. Donuts are pretty good not gonna lie

  Poorly managed. Last time, they ran out of donuts......!! This morning, standing in a line all the way to the front window, only one girl on the register What a scumbag!! Spring concert, a hundred hot first graders and the cheapskate management has ONE GIRL working. Waited in line ten min, line didn't move. Left. Won't come back, even if it is the closest

  I've come here the last 2 days n both times my machiatto was screwed up I had to return it 3 times n they then give me someone else's coffee which was crazy just fix the one I wanted

  Horrible establishment. Stay clear of this place.They are extremely slow and never give a complete order or it's entirely messed up. Please save your sanity, visit any other DD but this one. We hoped for improvement, but the staff doesn't seem to care. GET NEW MANAGEMENT TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND RUN A BETTER ESTABLISHMENT! This review was written after several visits to this place over a period of months, so this wasn't left on a whim. With EVERY visit, my order was messed up and the staff is slow. After I've had 2 bad experiences I've stopped going, my husband had 3 then stopped and once with my son.
