  Very slow service, also they didn’t have matcha, but only bothered to tell me this after making me wait for 15 min...

  I ordered a GRANDE white chocolate mocha coffee and it was only filled half way! I paid for my whole drink to be there NOT HALF!!!!

  Personnel and products are really nice but this place is too cold. Everyone is sitting with jacket.
