::Disgusting customer service. I come to this location everyone m every night after work before i go on the train. The service is never exemplary nor do I expect that from Dunkin Donuts. Today was where my limit was reached. Not only was i disrespected multiple times by multiple staff members the two cashier's the one woman who served me my drink, A blue Raspberry Coolatta, but I was also charged more than the advertised price. As I brought up the wrong charged that was applied to my card the cashier proceeds to look at my receipt and read of the price as if I'm stupid and can't read. I tell them to look up at the board where the giant television screens show the menu and how the particular flavor, Blue Rasberry, was $3.49 not $3.99 they charged me. I wasn't even upset at the extra charge i just wanted to notify them that the prices on the screen was wrong. I come here all the time so i was really trying to look out for them. Being that they are a location where there's a lot of foot traffic from people of many walks of life I know other customers wouldn't take being charged more lightly. If I can I'll provide pictures tomorrow I didn't take any today because every associate there tried to argue or belittle me.

::i wish i could give negative points here. that's how bad it is. someone wearing red dunkin t-shirt i believe he was shift leader or something, he behaved so bad while i was asking for my order very gently. i ordered one croissant and one wrap. when he gave it to me the bag he said croissant. so i thought he didn't give me my wrap. after waiting for some time when i politely ask for it he behaved very rudely with his very much broken English. very poor customer service. he needs to go under some training or he needs to get fired. totally disgusted me.

::Rude staff. Horrible experience. Would rate -1 if I could. Save your money and go somewhere else.

::Very slow service, long lines , never fills the beverages to the top, rarely puts the asked amount of sugar / milk. Also ,why have an app service when the workers are still unfamiliar on how it works.
