  Poor service: “baristas” are more interested in hanging out than serving coffee.

  Good place to get work done. Friendly staff. Only problem is that the store doesn’t stick to their operating hours on the weekends. Sometimes they open at random times (like 8:20) and sometimes they don’t open at all. Other than that this is the location I like to come to most.

  Awesome snowing days in Manhattan, got a warm drink. The music playing in the store is good

  Horrible! The worst ever Starbucks that I have ever experienced around the World. I told them that I don't want cream, and turned out they put a big chunk of cream on top of my drink. I told them you made my drink wrong. They scripted the cream off and come back told me that I should say "thank you to them". What is the hell was wrong with them?! There are so many Starbucks in the financial district here in New York. I will never ever come back to this Starbucks anymore.
