  Cashier repeatedly rung up the wrong item and when asked why she would say it’s the same thing. She also put items that were higher price. Overall horrible experience.

  Dunkin all employees are great. The service is excellent. Rita and all the other ladies are truly appreciated. They know everyone order as soon as you walk in. I feel guilty when I have to make a quick stop in any other Dunkin donut. Especially when I know the service will never be as outstanding as the Whitestone Dunkin donuts on 150th street.

  This is one of the best Dunkin donuts out there. The food and drinks are basically the same but the employees, especially the women in the morning are the nicest out of all the Dunkin donuts I've ever been to.

  The worst and the dirtiest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Napkin station is always dirty and never filled. Majority of the time my order is never made properly. Coffee always tastes bitter and old. Not up to Dunkin’ Donuts standards. The corporate office should take a look.
