::My wife came in to pick up her on the go order to find one of the ladies dipping the spoons they mix beverages with into the cleaning solution bin that had a dirty rag in it and back into my wife's drink. They were proud to tell her that they use that bucket and rag to clean the machines and counters. The manager was shocked when my wife complained because she thought it was completely normal and ok to do so. ( she stated she had a health certificate) my wife took pictures of the situation and told them she would contact the board of health ( which she did) and said OK OK OK I MAKE YOU NEW DRINKS.

::Horrible service. Very rushing and inattentive. They run ahead of themselves before you speak a word. You get bombarded with 10 questions before you can think to yourself. They screwed me out of a coupon because they canceled the order IT was applied to and then belittled me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. Claiming it was used already...duh... you used it and canceled it... very rude staff.. needs new management...definitely never coming back after being a customer of +5 years coming in 6 days a week. ..

::This is literally the worst dunkin donuts in all of New York. The women are soooooooooo slow! They never get your order right, they are rude and they look like they have no idea what's going on half the time. This place needs new management ASAP! I have been coming here for at least a year and before there was a wonderful employee that left to the bayside location but he kept things running smoothly. Anyway, I'm only writing this review because I would like to see this place get better.
