  I am very disappointed in the service they are quick but don’t listen. The female cashier in the morning is very snippy and argumentative. Her facial expressions are not warming and very mean. Only because I pass thru I stop for breakfast.

  Customer Service is bad. I ordered a steak sandwich and I got a dried-out, burned patty in it. Too bad I had to get on the train otherwise I would've claimed a better sandwich. Not coming back

  Adnan is a very helpful and an efficient employee there. I like to go to Adnan whenever I am in this dunkin donut location. He is very quick and sincere at his service.

  They're very rude. I've tried going to this location several times. They get upset when you ask them to make your coffee to your satisfaction. They don't honor the DD perks app at all... Never going back
