  What happened to this place. I've been coming here for years and I would of rated it 4 Stars, but things have drastically changed. Employees dont seem to think good customer service means anything. We waited 5 minutes for the female cashier to take our order while she was fumbling around behind the counter doing nothing. Our order came out in a timely matter, but my Chicken Blue sandwich was soggy and had some watered down sauce...horrible. My son's pepperoni pizza was soggy to the point he didn't eat most of it. Very disappointing considering this was one of our favorite spots after going to see a movie across the parking lot.

  This is probably my last visit to Cosi. Uncooked rice in Adobo chicken bowl, Chicken pesto was ok tasting and the bread seemed stale. Complete waste of my money.

  horrible, 22 minutes to get two sandwiches and one soup, not busy at all maybe 3 customers, stay away if you are hungry!

  Great place to have freshly made sandwich and wood fired pizza. Soups are tasty. Staff is courteous too.

  OMG! This place is "Phenomenal, Amazing, Outstanding... Food is cooked to perfection, Hot when served , drinks are just right not over sugared.. Tables are clean , sticky free , bathrooms are ultra spotless.. The Mgr&Staff are True professional people! Corporate Panera have these Amazing employees at this location "TRAIN ALL THE OTHER LOCATIONS ON HOW TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS , KEEP A RESTAURANT CHAIN RUNNING LIKE THIS PLACE... AWESOME PLACE! Thank you for a wonderful meal...
