  Awful experience. Walked in and was told all they had was iced coffee, no lattes or any other types of coffee that was listed on their menu. I asked if the refresher had caffeine in it and the cashier just replied to me that the refresher wasn’t sweet at all which wasn’t even answering the question I had asked. Finally, i ordered a refresher anyway and was trying to ask if they had any egg and cheese bagels or croissants and before I could even finish my sentence she told me “no food”. The whole time the lady at the cashier who also made the drink just had a very bad mood and was very unpleasant towards me. I understand if something was happening in her personal life but it’s not right to take it out on the customers. On top of this, I don’t know if it has to do with the drink but ever since I had the refresher I’ve been feeling sick all day. Definitely would not recommend this Dunkin, solely because of this worker.

  The employee I interacted with was rude and intentionally disrespectful for no reason. I placed a large mobile pickup order for an event. I arrived to pick it up and politely told the cashier my order number. He furrowed his brow and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He asked me what I meant. I wasn’t sure what to say. I’d already given him the order number and explained it was a mobile order. I figured that would be enough. When it wasn’t, I told him what I ordered. Then he said, “Why are you so late?” Late?! The mobile app does not allow you to adjust the time you pick something up. “ASAP” is the only option. I put the order in two hours earlier because it was a large order and *the app says large orders take longer than usual to prepare!* Can I just pick up the stuff I ordered and paid for without being berated first?

  The cashier has the WORST attitude, like how hard is it to do your job? I asked for a frozen drink and she says "no frozen" when I can clearly see the machine that does the frozen drinks has ice and is lit up ready to go. I worked at a dunkin and I know she could have made my drink, but refused too. When she went in the back I could hear her cursing up a storm, because she had customers.. I'm sorry, I thought this was your job?? Worst. Attitude. Ever. I walked across campus for this? NEVER coming back.

  This Dunkin donuts doesn't service real food other than bagels and donuts. Long line. Also, this Dunkin donuts doesn't honor any promotions.

  The place is very small and they don't serve any real food other than bagels and donuts. Their selection of donuts isn't even that great. When the line gets long, it's not very organized and can get hard to see where a clear line is since the other workers ask people ahead of time what they want, creating a cluster of people up front. Also, this Dunkin Donuts, like other food places on campus don't accept coupons. So anyone with TMobile Tuesday gift cards, don't come here, they won't accept it (I tried).
