  It's starbucks, you know what to expect when it comes to food and drink. Decent amount of inside and outside seating, table tops were worn and kinda gross/sticky. Employees were disinterested and more focused on talking amongst themselves than interacting with customers. Could have been more attentive but they didn't get my order wrong and it was what i expected it to taste like so there's that. Not that it was any kind of complicated.

  I had the worse experience ever, I went to this location because in the location near my house everything was sold, I had a açaí strawberry lemonade and they gave me without strawberry’s when I ask for them they said that they have in the back an don’t have it in the front but if I really want to they can take my drink to the back and put some of course I don’t accept it, also I want to pay in cash and the lady in the front said that they don’t accept cash an a coworker of her told her that they do, this blonde girl in the front of the store shouldn't be there first she would have some customer service training and learn some respect, I love Starbucks but not at all in this location, really the worse customer service there

  This might be the second time leaving a review. Please train your employees at this location to be attentive. A family member of mine stood at the front for a couple minutes without anyone acknowledging him. There was an employee on their phone. After those couple minutes, he just left. This is a very busy starbucks so PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES to be attentive to customers. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience at this starbucks location.

  Avoid this Starbucks! While waiting for our order, we saw one of the workers spraying Raid roach spray heavily across the shelves directly over the food prep area and under the counters. She had no regard for the fact that there were food items and customers around. When I inquired, two of the employees confirmed that they had a serious bug issue. Imagine how badly infested the place must be for this to occur. I have NEVER seen anything like this before and will not be returning.
